Terms of contract:
This document outlines the requirements for your web development work, estimated time frame schedule and payment schedule.
Project Brief:
If required, you will provide ADULT WEB DESIGN UK with all the necessary images, text and layout ideas, to assist with the development process.
Full Project Requirements:
This is a more in-depth list of requirements for your project. This will list our agreed proposal to you outlining the full spectrum of work, including plans, not limited to, design, programming, logos and full project link structure. Once the full project requirements have been agreed, any additional additions will be billed at our hourly rate.
Additional Expenses:
The payment terms apply to work outlined within this document, additional work not listed will be billed for at a hourly rate of £15/$30
Additional Services:
Your final cost does not include our rate for maintenance work. Should you require us to update your website on a hourly/daily/weekly basis then we will be happy to do so at a discounted hourly rate of £10/$20. Should you attempt to update your website, any time taken to repair the web pages will be assessed and charged at our full hourly rate of £15/$30.
Copyrights and Trademarks:
You, the client represent to ADULT WEB DESIGN UK and unconditionally guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks or other artwork provided to us for inclusion on web pages are owned by you, the client, or that you, the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements and will hold harmless ADULT WEB DESIGN UK from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by you, the client. You, the CLIENT will also provide ADULT WEB DESIGN UK with a 2257 upon request. The 2257 will also be used online and linked to from your website.
Limited Liability:
You, the client, hereby agrees that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the web hosting service or host server. Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but are not limited to, obscenity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassing and harmful material or uses, any illegal activity or material advocating illegal activity, and any infringement of privacy or libel.
You, the client, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADULT WEB DESIGN UK from any claim resulting from the CLIENTS publication of material or use of those materials.
Copyright to work:
Copyright to the finished, assembled work of web pages produced by ADULT WEB DESIGN UK is owned by ADULT WEB DESIGN UK. You, the client, is assigned the rights to use as a website, the design, graphics, custom code and text contained to finished, assembled website. Rights to photos, graphics, 3rd party source code are specifically not transferred to the client and remain the property of their respective owners.
Cancellation:
In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the CLIENT, ADULT WEB DESIGN shall have the right to bill pro rata for work completed through the date of that request, while reserving all rights under this CONTRACT. If additional payment is due this shall be payable within thirty days of the clients notification to stop work. In the event of cancellation the CLIENT shall also pay any expenses incurred by ADULT WEB DESIGN and ALT WEB DESIGN shall own all rights to the work.
Refund Policy:
If the CLIENT applies for a refund within 14 days of signing this contract, work already completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of £15/$25 and deducted from the initial payment. If the work that has been completed is beyond the amount covered in the initial payment, the CLIENT shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of £15/$30.
Payment of fees:
All payments must be made promptly. Invoices are due upon receipt. Delinquent bills will be assessed a £10/$20 charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. ADULT WEB DESIGN reserves the right to remove web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made.
